Join us for our upcoming Expedition or Guide Pack Basket Course! Whether you're a seasoned weaver or have never tried your hand at weaving before, this course is perfect for you.

When registering you must choose your basket: Expedition is a 21” tall basket and Guide is a 17” tall basket.

The instructor will provide step-by-step instructions to help you create your basket using premium reed. They all come with wooden feet, base, and a cotton harness. Color reed will be available.

These pack baskets are not only functional but also versatile, making them ideal for ice fishing, day hiking, attending music festivals, or simply visiting your local co-op. Plus, they make a fantastic gift for that special someone in your life!

By the end of the course, not only will you walk away with a unique pack basket that you've crafted with your own hands, but also with lifelong weaving skills.

8 hour class

$150 to make the Guide Pack Basket; $175 to make the Expedition Pack Basket for non-members or $135/$150 for Historic Rangeley Members. Fee includes materials for making the pack basket.
